Electrical and Electronic Association of the Czech Republic

The Electrical and Electronic Association of the Czech Republic and its members are leaders in the field of the digital transformation, automation, robotics and all other areas that can be collectively referred to as the Industry 4.0. For the year 2019, we have set the target to address with this issue the sectors beyond the "4.0 mainstream" - i.e., beyond the electrical engineering and automotive. We would like to focus on small and medium-sized enterprises from various sectors and show them that the implementation of these modern approaches also has a deep (and not only economic) sense for them.

With us, you gain expert know-how, valuable contacts and ethical lobbying in the field of the electrical engineering and beyond. Quoting from the articles of association, the association brings together legal and natural persons in the fields of the electronics and electrotechnical industry as well as entities, which have common interests with the electrotechnical industry. The Association promotes the interests of employers on the principles of the entrepreneurial democracy. In addition to the collective bargaining with trade unions, which forms the basis of the social dialogue, we further communicate with the competent state administration bodies (in particular the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and the Ministry of the Environment) and of course our umbrella employers' organization - The Confederation of Industry and Transport of the Czech Republic. We enable our members to participate in the creation of new legislative standards, working in expert groups and other activities. We support ethical business, and we are also actively committed to the Code of Conduct of the Confederation of Industry and Transport of the Czech Republic.
